Took my dog to get a shower here and the next day he was covered in rashes. The place also stinks all the time and they don’t care for the puppies they sell. Don’t do business here.

Took my baby dog leo to them, very professional, they dont stress your dog and they are kind. My dog was scared as soon as I walked away he calmed down and he was ok. I tried the van grooming services and its horrible, they either charge you a fortune or ask for electrical supply for their service which doesnt make any sense at all. Long story short EGY Puppy – recommended 1000%.

I went there today (9/9/2025) around 1:40 pm. At that time, they were grooming three dogs: a Golden Retriever, a white Shih Tzu, and another small breed white dog with some black hair.
While waiting for my dog’s turn, I observed one of the staff (an African man) working with them. He was extremely rough with the Golden Retriever, even though the dog was very calm. When it was the Shih Tzu’s turn (also a very calm dog), he rubbed the dog’s face with soap and a glove so harshly that the dog was clearly uncomfortable. The poor dog kept jumping to try to breathe and see, and even started licking the soap off its face.
After seeing this, I immediately told the receptionist that I was leaving and would not come back, explaining that the staff member was being too aggressive with the dogs. The receptionist said he would go check, but I left right after.
Please be careful if you take your dogs there. For the sake of their well-being, either avoid this place or at least stay with your dog and watch the grooming process closely to make sure they are treated properly and not traumatized.

Im so extremely disappointed in this place. I have been grooming my dog here for years, and today has been an extremely awful experience. I asked for my dog to shower and to cut her hair, and when my dog was done her eyes were EXTREMELY irritated and red. We didnt realize until we were home, but now my dog is uncomfortable and in pain due to this carelessness. Small hairs entered her eyes and they irritated and made her eyes very ichy to the point that she could barely open her eyes!!!! We called to tell them what happened and they apologized a lot, and I really hope this doesnt happen to any other dog.

They gave me a promotion for my dog… and they finished in only one hour (giving him a shower, cutting his nails and doing some other) and the sale was the shower for free, only by putting my dog on my story…
