Terrible service, we waited 20 minutes and anyone came to our table to take our order. At lest we could take some nice videos and pictures and we spent 0. They asked a minimum of amount to spend but then we paid anything as they didn’t came.

Great view but poor service!
First of all, the restaurant staff will ask money to take pyramid pictures from their cafe, have you heard about this kind of rules in any restaurant?
They asked 250 egp to take photo.
Even Egypt government is not asking additional charges to takes photos inside pyramids.
We are going to the rooftop mainly for the view and photos.
Tried mojito from here – 0.5/5
Pigeon stuffed with rice – 3.5/5
Fries – 3/5
Chocolate shake – 2/5
Restaurant not recommended for tourists (in terms of service and food but you can enjoy a great view.)

The view is exceptional. You have a clear view of the 3 pyramids. Perfect for pictures too. The food was so good 👍 and reasonably priced given the view. Prefered to have a car. I wish I stayed longer. It was my best experience @ the pyramids.

While the view on the pyramids is undoubtedly amazing, the food was not. We had a fried pigeon with sides and a pizza. While the pigeon was arguably decent and tasty the side dishes were unfrozen peas and unsalted rice. The worst was the pizza, which was not properly baked and seriously the worst I ever had. It looked good but tasted horrible.
Of course the prices on the menu were without tax or service charge so that we were unhappily surprised by the expensive bill.

The view is good but there are a lot of options with similar views nearby. The service and drinks are terrible.
1. No transparency in price. While the menu price looks reasonable, they had to charge us minimum spending of 220 per person which includes 2 drinks. Ok we didn’t want to move and accepted it. This price is not showing anywhere else but simply got told by the waiter.
2. The drinks taste artificial and had to change my order 3 times because none of the things I ordered was available. Also a simple drink needs to be waiting for 30 minutes (probably the waiter was going to buy some fruits?)
3. Then while we were enjoying the view, one waiter came to ask for another 200 surcharge because I was carrying a camera and I am not a hotel guest. This dodge charge is unacceptable and of course I refused to pay. If there is a sign or I got told not to use camera before I sit down, I would walk away.
The whole experience at this bar ruined my last day in Egypt and it was truly a shame. So if you want to grab a drink, just avoid this place.
