WORST OFFICE EVER. I booked a business ticket and the plane was overloaded so they sit me economy and told me there is a refund I should take it from the egyptair office I went there and 1 they let me wait for 30 minutes in the banker office and then another 10 minutes cause somone was talking with him in the phone (not a business call) he kept laughing!! And my lecture was gone cause of him
