A terrible experience, and I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.
The shipment was delivered and customs clearance completed in just 10 days. Its volume was no more than 5.87 cubic meters, yet I was shocked to be charged over 50,000 for storage fees, in addition to over 60,000 for unloading! These fees are unreasonably high and disproportionate to the storage time or the size of the shipment. Keep in mind, the daily rate is 18 Egyptian pounds.

One of the best partial shipping companies, with a good team and relatively reasonable prices compared to other agencies… however, the wait can be tedious due to overcrowding at times.

The worst shipping office. They’re slow to send replies and invoices, and the employee’s response is terrible. If any problem arises, she shirks responsibility. They’re just middlemen with no service whatsoever. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.
