This company is terrible, poorly managed, unprofessional, and they don’t understand customer service or how to deal with clients. Their agent contacted me about buying from them, just like any other customer. I was considering it, but thankfully it didn’t work out because I had a bad experience with this employee. I don’t even know how he works for a real estate company that supposedly has a name!

After that, someone claiming to be the company manager or owner contacted me, but he didn’t do anything. On the contrary, he told me he didn’t believe me and that his employees wouldn’t do that! When he heard about his employee’s mistake, he didn’t take any action or do anything at all! They have no professionalism, no understanding of customer respect, and so on. The worst company I’ve ever seen in all of Egypt.
