The worst place to buy appliances. They’re unreliable, and the appliances are missing parts, as confirmed by the company representative’s visit during installation. They’ve been saying they’ll replace them for two months now. Seriously, the worst company, branch, and customer service, especially the Smouha branch. And of course, there are delays in delivery. Don’t buy from them. Plus, they’re incredibly expensive. When I got the same product from a competitor at the same price, they tried to match it, meaning their prices are completely out of sync with the market. The worst dealer.

No one should buy from Ehab Center, STAY AWAY. Products are missing upon delivery, no resolution in two months. Terrible service. Horrible treatment from the start. Don’t buy anything from them at all.
