Worst experience ever, i received my medicine after two hours and then they didn’t answer my calls to know the status after I complained on instashop

I purchased a Jolen box for 435 LE only to discover that the powder container inside was completely empty. When I called the pharmacy to file a complaint, I was told there is “no exchange or refund for cosmetics.”
Whether the powder was missing due to a mistake from the manufacturer or because someone at their pharmacy tampered with it is not my responsibility. I paid 435 LE and received nothing in return. The least they could do is replace the product or issue a refund.
The staff member I spoke to said she would call me back, yet she never did. She has been declining all my calls since. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable.
I strongly do NOT recommend dealing with this pharmacy. Absolutely never again.

The staff are very helpful and understanding, they have medicines that are usually out of stock at other pharmacies.
Also my order came in less than 10 minutes, while other pharmacies usually take more than 1 hour.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They have all the medicine even the imported ones. Delivery came in very fast. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I will for sure go to again.

Nice staff however, not always qualified. They are not real pharmacists, not the girls I came across at least and one in specific wanted to convince me that I had to take two tablets a day of a certain medication, when I knew for a fact that it was one. I have just checked the prescription and I do not know where she read two tablets really. That can be dangerous in that type of job, especially if you are not qualified.
