Not recommended at all. First of all, the beds are single, even though Booking.com says they’re double. We had to ask for clean pillowcases. We informed them we’d arrive at the hotel between 11:00 and 12:00, but we arrived at 1:30 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. They finally gave us the room, and there was neither soap nor towels; we had to ask for them. We informed them the day before (twice) that we had a 7:00 AM excursion and that we needed breakfast ready to go by 6:30 AM. We arrived at 7:00 AM to pick it up, and they knew nothing about breakfast; they said they didn’t have it. The tour vehicle was waiting to pick us up, and we left WITHOUT BREAKFAST, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS INCLUDED AND WE HAD PAID FOR IT. THIS HOTEL IS A FRAUD!!!
We booked four rooms and, upon arrival, after waiting one hour to check in (it was 1:00 a.m.), we were informed that only two rooms were available. After insisting, they managed to find a third room, but once we completed the check-in process, we realized that the rooms were located in different buildings, all of them in very poor condition. (They even wanted more money for the third room…)
The following morning we woke up without electricity and without water.
Here is where the real scam occurred: after checking out, I received the email from Booking, inviting me to review the property. Shortly afterward, I received another email thanking me for the review, which I had not yet submitted, and which was obviously published with the maximum rating, so they must have hacked the system!

I booked a hotel on Booking.com. When we arrived, they said our reservation wasn’t in their system. It’s strange, because their manager had messaged me on WhatsApp the day before. They didn’t resolve the issue, didn’t even apologize. Terrible service.

Do not book this place.
We landed in Cairo in the morning hours to be told that the room that we booked was occupied buy other occupants and they will upgrade us to another room for the night.
The following day while out on a trip our luggage was removed from the room and told there was a water leak and electrical issue in the room.
We were taken to another hotel down the road where the pictures did not match the room that we got.
In the building there was constuction done in the middle of the night. Non of the listed facilities on the booking.com app was pressent at the actual facility.
When we started asking questions about what we got. We were told that this is the place we booked and that they will give us a complimentry dinner to try and make up for the “miss understanding”
After investigation on the internet we where not the first ones that this has happend to.
Be careful when you book places.
The rates may be good but the revies says everything.
It is always possible to have a 10 rating if you have a fabricated review to try and boost your visability.

For my first time in Egypt this hotel was the best. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to book tours directly through the hotel and the tour guide was amazing! I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The view is to die for!
