Extremely rude staff, after circling the street for over 15 minutes to find a parking spot nearby, the staff told me to move as they have to unload a truck’s delivery, the A/M truck was already parked 10 meters away, but it is more convenient for them to ask me to leave instead of walking those extra 15 steps.
Then when I asked for a menu to pick my meal, I was told to look at the posted menu by the cashier, when I chose my meal, a broasted half chicken and asked to swap the drumstick with wing, I was told we don’t do substitutions and was asked to purchase an extra piece. Honestly by that time I was put off my entire meal, we’ve seen it time and again in the Egyptian market, the rise and fall of chains like this once the staff begins giving customers similar attitude.
Won’t recommend it, won’t go there again, will gladly watch their downfall.
0/5 experience. Rude staff.

Fried chicken was delicious and big. We got tenders and chicken pieces. Pieces were better and well seasoned specially the spicy ones. Prices are reasonable.

What a wonderful fried chicken! Spicy, delicious, juicy! I really Didn’t expect it could be so good! Coleslow is also excellent. But french fries are below average.

The food was sooo good and the fried and everything was so good but the worst thing is there is too many crowd people and we wait lines for hours and I waited more than a freaking hour to get my food and my friend was lucky do he got it in only 30 mins but the service was not too bad the atmosphere is good because there is a little bit of AC but I guess I recommend you to get their food in delivery because of the line and don’t worry the delivery men are not bad
