كل مرة اطلب منتج متاح ع الابلكيشن و كل مرة نفس الرد و نفس المكالمة لا مش متاح
طيب يا جماعه اخروا الاوردر ع ما تجيبوا من فرع تاني
لا والله اسفين ده اللي عندنا
طريقة معاملة زي الزفت
بدون أدنى محاولة لتلبية طلب العميل

كذا مرة مكرر بشكل سيء

قبل كده الموقف ده كان بيحصل كانوا بيصرفوا و يحاولوا يرضوا العميل و يوفروا الحاجة حتى لو الاوردر هتأخر
وكلم خدمة عملا ولا غيره ولا حد بيرد

It’s incredibly slow. Everything is insurance-related, and the cashier doesn’t seem to have anyone to help her. I asked her if the item was available instead of waiting in line, and then she said it wasn’t. She just told me to wait my turn. I don’t understand. And on top of that, the insurance guy spent an hour with just one person! 🤬
