Inexperienced staff, worst customer service. Seriously, what kind of service are you offering? I went there with a problem related to the AC, left with probabilities and assumptions. Problem unsolved, and they just gave me a number to follow up on, as they were supposed to search for a fuse-related box that wasn’t available.I called them more than once, someone answered saying ”kways enk fakartny, ana hs2alk 3aleha dlw2ty”. La wlahy : D magy ashtghl m3ako a7sn. Anyway, I went to a reputable service center; where they were decisive and straight to the point, spare parts available and I felt like I was dealing with professionals. Too bad guys, I thought I can trust you.
