I booked yesterday. After paying, I went to the jacuzzi and found someone smoking inside!
I went back to the receptionist and explained that this was unacceptable and that there were no hygiene standards. He initially tried to convince me it was normal, but I was later refunded. Not recommended at all; basic hygiene rules are missing.
