The worst experience anyone could have. A terrible place and terrible service. I ordered from them while I was right next door in Smouha, and the order was delayed for two and a half whole hours. After all that, it arrived completely cold and inedible. Most of the comments on their Facebook page are fake and not real because even the product doesn’t look like the picture. On top of that, they were supposed to have a special offer that day, but when we went to order, they charged us the regular menu price and told us the offer wasn’t available. Then, hours later, we saw them replying to people on the page saying the offer was.
