I had a very disappointing experience at this dental center. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unprofessional, with most of them being recent graduates. It felt like their primary goal was profit rather than providing quality service. The care I received was subpar, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this place. There are definitely better options out there for dental care.

An unprofessional dental center with poorly trained staff and receptionist. There is a lack of proper handover between the medical team, poor time management, and no clear communication with patients regarding procedures or processes. Overall, a disappointing and disorganized experience

If the receptionists spent more time paying attention to the customers’ requests, this place would be better.
Transferring me over from one place to the other without knowing what I wanted, rescheduling and retransferring me, then waiting for days only to find out I waited for the wrong doctor!
