ELARABY – Mall of Egypt

From the very beginning of my dealings with this company, everything has been deceitful and negligent.

I was lied to at the branch about the delivery and installation dates.
The installation was done so carelessly that it could have resulted in someone’s death or even my own injury.
I was forced to remain exposed to danger for a long time, protecting passersby and carrying a device that weighed, for example, 70 kilograms.

Customer service is unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Everything is rehearsed and repeated over and over again, and no real solution is ever offered.
Even my complaint wasn’t followed up properly or promptly.

All the representatives and technicians call from their personal phones, trying to cover up the mistake.

I believe I will have to escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection Agency and file a report documenting the incident with photos and witnesses.
This is due to the slow response, for safety reasons, and to protect my rights.
