The information was incorrect. I had a prescription covered by insurance. One item was available, but the other wasn’t. The doctor told me the second item would be added to my card and I could pick it up from another branch. I went to another branch, but they didn’t have anything listed. After contacting the insurance company, they told me it was incorrect information and that the prescription couldn’t be split; I had to get it all from one branch.
