Honestly massive scammers!! I had called to set an appointment for my friend a week ahead, I am Egyptian she is not. When I messaged them on Instagram and talked to them on the phone to set an appointment they confirmed the price for me as in the ad. Yet when I got there and they saw my friend is a foreigner they tried to give us a higher pricer telling us the offer has passed. Luckily I still had the message for confirmation and btw the offer has not passed because I keep getting ads for it! And they had us wait forever, extremely unprofessional! Also constantly a group of girls at the reception who work there who kept talking badly about everyone who came in! Extremely unprofessional place!

A terrible experience. We waited two hours, and people who arrived after us just walked past as if we hadn’t waited at all. They have absolutely no respect for time, and there’s no organization whatsoever. I hope they fix this because it’s truly a disaster for people who come from far away.
