A very bad experience with the company and customer service. The hair cream arrived open and a large portion was missing. When I contacted the company to request a replacement, they kept stalling, claiming that the cream’s consistency was normal. After much pleading, they finally said they would refund my money, but no one has contacted me yet, and they’re not answering my calls. So, I’ll just accept my financial loss, but people need to be careful and check the product before accepting it because it’s an expensive item, not cheap.
