I had a great experience with Ahmed Abdulkader at Ellaithy Auto Group. I first contacted customer service about a car price and was quickly transferred to him. He was very clear, helpful, and explained the whole process in a simple way. He even mentioned he would try to deliver the car the same day, which I honestly didn’t expect. I visited the showroom and met him in person. He was very respectful and supportive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Surprisingly, he delivered the car on the same day as promised. I also asked for help to arrange someone to drive the car to my location, and even though it wasn’t his responsibility and the staff member was on leave, he still managed to make it happen.
