The service and staff are very good, especially Kareem at the UVenues branch. He is very supportive and a great manager. However, the overall service experience could still be improved, particularly by upgrading the tools, hairstyling techniques, and hair treatment products used. To meet the standards found in places like Lebanon, for example, there should be more advanced and modern options available. From my personal experience, the tools, treatments, and overall hair care quality are completely different there. This is not only an issue with this salon, but something commonly noticed across many salons in Cairo as well.
