A truly awful experience! I placed an order two days ago through the website, and customer service contacted me on WhatsApp to confirm the order and everything seemed fine. Today, customer service called to tell me that the order I placed is sold out at both our stores and that they were on holiday and couldn’t notify me until they returned! How can an order be placed on the website and confirmed multiple times if it’s already sold out?!
Please improve your service and communication with customers because, regardless of the quality of your products (which isn’t guaranteed either), no one will consider ordering again if the service is like this.

HORRIBLE QUALITY. I received this mug as a gift on Christmas. TWO WEEKS later, the handle was broken all on its own on my nightstand. I’ve had way cheaper mugs for YEARS that survived longer than this so called quality mug. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This brand is a joke.

By far the worst delivery experience i’ve had in Egypt to date !
I’ve placed an order 2 weeks ago and it has yet to arrive. They keeping giving dates and times that they can’t keep. Also, their customer service is a complete joke. Ohh, did i also mention that this is the second time in a row they screw up like this ? Definitely not ordering from them ever again !!!

Absolutely gorgeous store with the most beautiful handmade pottery. I love the atmosphere in the shop and all of the staff has been very helpful and kind.

Located in Sheik Zayed City in 6 of October, Ellie home decor is very well established business specialized in high quality modern and custom made pottery items, from plates, cups, bowls, and serving trays, candle holders, and so much more.
I highly recommend visiting their showroom.
