Almost 3-4 years ago as a foreigner relocating to Cairo and looking for the best and well known nurseries around I got so disappointed and dissatisfied from the treatment and approach all these “famous” nurseries had. If all of you just focus on what really matters for your baby at that stage until the age of 4 none of all the people who are giving such negative reviews would allow your baby in any of these “famous” ones. Instead after changing 3 well known nurseries for our little one we found ELM, a place where it felt more like home. Mums are allowed to be there and the whole approach is so kid driven as it should be. No one is pulling the kid from you, no nanny dare to tell you”you can’t cross after this door”!!If you want to stay inside and your child feels safer that way they will follow these needs, not the “famous rules”. Is a small Montessori neighborhood nursery and kids learn other ways. Every kid is different and they appreciate every one! They focus on every kid separately.. even if your kid has special needs is welcome there. If you as parents you do not agree with these kind of methods then this educational approach methods are not for you and your kid but definitely do not expect kids at the age of 2-3 to write the national anthem in any other nursery as well. As for the hygiene they are taking it very seriously and requesting from parents to keep the kids at home if they see anything suspicious during the day and they are not accepting them back to nursery before the required days that the kid supposed to stay home. All food is being cooked there with fresh ingredients from the market beside the nursery. For us it was a home away from home! Usually I am not writing reviews but this kid centered nursery with approaches from abroad deserves it!!
Thank you ELM family for the amazing support and love you gave to all of us!! 💕💕💕
I had a terrible experience with this nursery. They advertise themselves as a caring and professional place, but in reality, they only care about profit. Education is neglected, and my child learned nothing during their time here. The environment is not well-maintained, and safety measures are questionable. Every month, they seem to come up with new ways to charge parents extra fees. Not worth it!
Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Trust Them Again
This place is disorganized and poorly managed. The staff lacks professionalism, and there’s little focus on creating a safe, caring environment for children. Communication with parents is frustrating, and overall, it feels more like a business than a place that genuinely cares.
I wouldn’t leave my child here again—look for a better option.
This nursery lacks professionalism and proper care for kids. The staff isn’t well-trained, communication is poor, and safety doesn’t seem to be a priority. Instead of focusing on the children’s well-being, they seem more interested in business and money.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a month now, and I’m truly very happy with the experience 🙏
She adapted so quickly, which made me feel very reassured ❤️
Ms. Sara and Ms. Ashraqat are amazing, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my daughter’s vocabulary, especially in Arabic and Quran 👌
The place is very clean and well-organized 🌷
Dada Nagwa takes great care of her, helps her get ready, and shows her so much love 💕
Ms. Sherine, the Academic Director, is excellent and very professional ✨
Highly recommended for any parent looking for a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for their child 👶🌸
