Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. Based on my communication with Emad Gad’s Facebook page, I sent him the frame size, and he sent me the available types, prices, and the location of the Nasr City branch in the Eighth District, opposite Al-Manhal. So, two days later, yesterday, Monday, July 27th, at 11:30 AM, I went to the branch and asked for the available frame that Mr. Emad Gad had sent me. However, the branch manager rejected the prices sent from Emad Gad’s page and told me that the prices were exorbitant, exceeding 400 Egyptian pounds per frame for all the available types sent through the page. I objected and told him, “This is your page, and these are the prices you sent.” He told me that these prices did not exist and that it was a system error that sent me the prices. A bad experience, and I will not repeat it with these people.
