Based on ratings, reviews, and my personal experience, I can say that they have the worst customer service you could ever encounter. They respond and reply, then completely ignore you, leaving you to acknowledge that they did respond at all. And you’re ultimately at fault because you didn’t follow up with them. How could you follow up with them when they don’t respond? They listen to what you have to say; if it suits them, they’ll respond, but if it doesn’t, they won’t. Of course, this is just their perspective. They have the worst customer service.

The branch quality is declining severely . The suits are very old and worn out . The electric wire is exposed . The receptionist is not oriented anymore .I used to like the place and recommend it but not anymore maybe other branches are better but I have not tried any.
