A very bad experience with the ENT Center in October and Dr. Mohamed Rashed.
I saw the doctor on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and he ordered some tests, which I completed. Afterwards, the appointment was canceled twice. The last time, I arrived in October and was told that the doctor wouldn’t be coming.
It’s unacceptable that a patient travels from afar, undergoes the required tests, and then has their appointment canceled upon arrival, with no regard for their time and effort.
