I received a confirmation message the night before my booking and we were refused entry, they said there was no reservation under my name although I showed them the confirmation message. They mentioned to call the back office which we did and the phone was off. Horrible system and horrible service. The front office people were very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place for anyone!

A nightmare to book at, that effort doesn’t match the service or food quality they’re providing
One of the worst experiences I have ever had honestly! I am an Esca fan since the Heliopolis branch first opened! I can’t believe they treat who are supposed to be their OG regulars that way! A nightmare bgd
