The puzzles were ok, but the service was terrible. Even the horror was ruined by the guy yelling in the mic that we’re not allowed to move when the monster walks in, like why? He even removed some minutes from our timer when we moved, that shouldn’t be a thing.

To begin with, the place is neither clean nor organized, the staff are rude and have odd appearances, and they don’t even care about the people playing around with the cameras. Honestly, it was a terrible experience.
I contacted the owner, and he was a respectful and polite person who clearly cared about the place’s reputation. He promised to address all the issues I mentioned.
