I highly recommend this car service center. They are very professional and thorough in their vehicle inspection and maintenance services. The work was completed to a very high standard, with excellent attention to detail and quality. Their pricing is also very reasonable and competitive. Overall, I had a great experience and was very satisfied with the service provided.

Amazing place. Very polite staff, great service, good lounge. Was in and out in exactly an hour. Would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.

Very disappointing experience.
I visited this service center and dealt with an engineer named Yehia who was extremely unprofessional and rude. He checked the car quickly and said the issue was simple and could be fixed.
After waiting for more than 3 hours, the technician came and couldn’t even perform the required work. Meanwhile, the engineer Yehia was just standing and watching without providing any real help.
Then he went into the office and came back saying that the pipe part was broken and that the manager would need to contact me to solve the issue.
This shows a clear lack of technical knowledge and responsibility. An engineer in such a place should at least understand the problem before making customers wait for hours.
Very unprofessional behavior and definitely not what you expect from a reputable service center.

Dishonest, told me they have the screw I need but not only was it the wrong size, it was removed from another car but sold me to as if it was new and imported in. Look at the state of it! This was initially a one star review but when I went back the next day to return it, the process was fast and smooth.
