The service is bad. One person is doing cashier tasks, taking order notes, serving drinks, and the tables are not clean. The drinks are of very poor quality and taste

Good environment with beIN SPORTS TVs and a great place to spend time with your family.
The only downside is that some drinks and desserts are often out of stock. This could be easily fixed by updating the online menu to show what’s currently available and what’s not.

Used to order from exception through talabat and the food was always tasty and fresh but yesterday i went to the branch and ordered ice cream “vanilla and pistachio”and boba cola and honestly it was tasteless no flavor and served melted and the waiter adham was very rude and whenever i asked for a tissues he never responds back or brings it and only comes repeatedly right away after u finish eating ur order saying ha do u want to order something else !!!

Their products are great, 5 stars. Have been a customer for couple of years now.
Only issue is during peak times, like Ramadan, they have only one cashier with plenty of talabt orders. It can take forever to pay.
