Guys, never go to Karim El Nashar’s Exotic Cars Services – ECS. It’s a terrible place and they’re huge scammers! I was constantly harassed by them. They kept calling me asking, “When are you coming back to have the shock absorbers and control arms replaced?” like they were trying to force me to come back against my will.
They told me the car would be with them for two days to finish the job, which takes only two hours at any decent workshop! Then they insisted on taking the original shock absorbers from my car, which is obvious they want to use them in another car or sell them. They said the control arms would be installed at another workshop outside the company, meaning they don’t do anything themselves!
On top of that, when I got my AC recharged there, they blatantly ripped me off and took extra money for nothing. The service is awful, the prices are outrageous, and the customer service is the worst.
**Stay away from this place at all costs, they will waste your time, money and nerves!** Go to any other respectable workshop, this is a place for thieves, not mechanics.
