I had a great experience taking this course with Dr. Nada. She is very knowledgeable, friendly. She explained everything clearly and made the course enjoyable and easy to follow. I really recommended🤍
But
I deducted one star from my rating because I felt there wasn’t enough clarity about what I was actually entitled to with Package 1.
My sister booked the course for me as a surprise, and unfortunately, she wasn’t given enough details about what “Half Case” meant. Both my sister and I understood it to mean half of the face, not just one specific area. Some of the doctors attending the course understood it the same way and were also surprised when they found out I was only allowed to work on one area.
During the practical session, after the lip and cheek demos, I was told that I could only choose one area either lips or cheeks ( There wasn’t actually an option to choose in the first place. They had already decided on the cheeks for me because the available patient had only come for cheek treatment🙂) I was honestly surprised because this was never clearly explained beforehand. When I asked for clarification afterward, I was told that “Half Case” could mean one area or half of one side of the face, including part of the lips, which made things even more confusing.
What disappointed me most was being told that I could simply take another lip course next time since it wouldn’t be very expensive. My concern wasn’t about the cost it was about what I had already paid for and what I was going to practice.
I believe this could have been completely avoided with clearer information about what “Half Case” actually includes before booking the course.
