Ezz Eldeen Pharmacies

I’ll tell you about my experience with Ezz El-Din Pharmacy in Arbella Mall. I called to order adult diapers, and they sent the order. My kids received it within 15 minutes, and the delivery person left. I looked at it and realized it was a sheet, not a diaper. I called the delivery person, but he refused to answer. I called the pharmacy, and they said they’d send the order. I called the delivery person again, but he put his phone on service, indicating he was unavailable, and took the wrong order. An hour and a half passed, and no one came. I called the complaints department, and they apologized, saying they’d send me the correct order and it would be ready in half an hour. From 10 PM last night until now, nothing has arrived. Please be careful who we’re dealing with; these are disrespectful people.
