The Semouha branch doesn’t have much varieties and service doesn’t reach the standards. While the Zizinia branch located in tram is bigger with various varieties and the service is more than excellent

one of the worst experiences ever..after buying a school bag worth 1200 LE as written on price tag and after double checking with one of the employees there as well..I bought few more things& didn’t check receipt till I almost left smou7a to my surprise that they charged me 1750 LE for the bag..the worst thing ever is how the store manager dealer with the situation refusing to do anything and admitting it’s a mistake..they are so funny..irritating really..this is commercial deceiving..& it’s so sad how merchants here take things like that for granted and never pay for their mistakes or even try too..May be because they know that the government won’t do them any harm..I won’t recommend this place to anyone anymore..
