This is a review for the Fawry system in its entirety. The Smouha branch customer service is adequate. However, the Fawry service is absolutely USELESS. For most transactions, they only accept cash. The point of an electronic payment system is that you can use electronic payments. If I wanted to pay in cash, I would go directly to the merchant. If you give Fawry the cash, then they take a significant amount of the cash as fees for their ‘service’. A complete and utter rip off. I suggest that you pay directly at the merchant until Fawry gets resolved or shut down
