The staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive. The doctors take the time to explain everything clearly and provide excellent follow-up care. A truly positive experience♥️♥️

Extremely unprofessional and misleading experience With Dr KAREEM ABDELHAMEED
We came in for a consultation for botox there was an offer for the botox for 6,500 LE
The doctor told my sister she didn’t need Botox and instead recommended an “eye treatment” and “skin booster.” Without explaining the full treatment plan or cost, he asked her to sit down and immediately started injecting.

Only after everything was done we find out the total cost was 25,000 LE ! which was shocking and completely outside what we were prepared to pay.

This is completely unacceptable. Any ethical doctor should explain the exact cost and get clear consent BEFORE starting any procedure — especially when it involves such a significant amount of money.

This felt like a lack of transparency and a very uncomfortable experience overall.
Be very careful here. Make sure you get a full written quote and confirm the total price before agreeing to anything.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at the clinic today. The level of service we received was unacceptable. This experience occurred during our appointment with Dr. Rami Nakhla

For clarity, I contacted the clinic in advance via Instagram due to the urgent need for a prompt diagnosis for my father. I sent a message explaining the situation, and the clinic arranged an earlier appointment.

We were clearly instructed to bring all available medical investigations, which we did. We were asked to be present at 2:30 PM, and we arrived on time. However, we did not see the doctor until around 5:30 PM, after a very long and exhausting wait. Despite this, we remained patient and cooperative.

What was truly unacceptable is that, after the examination, we were immediately told to continue follow-up with the previous doctor, even though the sole purpose of our visit was to seek a second medical opinion and a clearer diagnosis. Had this been the clinic’s policy, we should have been informed from the beginning, rather than subjecting an elderly patient to hours of unnecessary waiting.

Additionally, the medical tests we brought were dismissed on the basis that they had been performed using older equipment and at another doctor’s facility, despite the clinic’s own written instructions clearly asking patients to bring all prior investigations. At no point—neither during booking nor during the initial medical history intake—were we informed that the doctor does not review tests from other physicians.

Most concerning of all was the manner of communication, which was dismissive and lacked basic professionalism. We were accompanied by elderly individuals who cannot tolerate prolonged waiting, and after enduring all of this, they received no clear diagnosis, no treatment plan, and no meaningful guidance.

We ultimately left with no benefit whatsoever, despite fully complying with the clinic’s instructions and enduring hours of waiting. This experience cannot be justified.

Medicine is, above all, a human service, and respect for patients, their time, and their physical limitations is fundamental. The clinic needs to review its organizational practices and its approach to patient care.
