Fibers club is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are top-notch, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is always energetic and motivating. The staff and trainers are super friendly, professional, and truly supportive. I highly recommend fibers club to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a positive and inspiring environment!

Not safe for women. Men in the building above Fibers took photos of me at the pool. I reported it to Fibers and they did not show any proof of investigation. Very unprofessional and shameful management.
When I toured the gym to sign up I asked two people if the pool was safe for women. They said yes. My second time using the pool I had this incident.
Managements response was unprofessional, lazy, and victim-blaming behavior.

Very disappointed with how this situation was handled and their attitude!!
My wife had an active membership at this gym, but due to her pregnancy she could no longer continue. Instead of requesting a refund, we simply asked to transfer the membership to me as her husband, which is a very reasonable request.
At first, we were told the transfer was not possible because I was a previous member whose membership had expired. After multiple discussions, we were informed that an exception request would be sent to HQ and that we would receive a response within 48 hours. Unfortunately, nobody got back to us until more than 4 days later.
What made the experience even more frustrating was being asked to pay a transfer fee equal to almost 25% of the membership value. For a transfer between husband and wife! not to a third party!! this felt completely unreasonable.
Considering the amount already paid, along with additional private training sessions that we never requested refunds for despite the pregnancy situation, we expected much more understanding, flexibility, and professionalism from a well known gym brand! Supposed to be!
Sadly, the entire experience felt unnecessarily rigid and far from good customer care.

El gym feh classes tohfa, kol haga koisa f el gym starting from housekeepers to the directors, They listen to every client w bgd by3mlo kol ely y2dro 3alih eno el client ykon satisfied, but based on my experience with the PT service there unfortunately hya kant تجربه لا اتمناها لألد اعدائي most of Personal trainers were unprofessional with bad & rude attitude
