I called the call center to get my Diamond Package washed. First, they gave me the wrong address and phone number. When I told them I’d already called the branch and they weren’t washing, they gave me the wrong number and said it was by appointment. I called the branch again and they said no appointments, first come, first served. I came all the way from Maadi to Rehab!

I left the car for an hour, then they called and said the compressor was broken and they couldn’t wash it. I told them to wash the upholstery, which was the reason I came, and I’d get the rest washed somewhere else. They said okay.
An hour later, I called again to ask what they’d done. They asked what was wrong. I told them I told them to wash the upholstery, and they just kept saying whatever came up. Then they said, “Okay, I’ll wash it now, come pick it up in an hour!”

Three hours of waiting for nothing, plus a half-hour commute each way, meaning four hours of my day, work, and energy, only for this complete failure!
