Unfortunately, I’ve completely lost faith in all Fit and Fix branches.
Because of this branch, they replaced my battery, which I’d had installed four months ago, and told me it wasn’t working. After installing the new one, they said the problem was with the alternator and told me to get it fixed. I went to an electrician for 100 EGP, and it turned out the problem was indeed the alternator, not the battery. They should have checked the alternator before making fun of me and telling me to replace the battery.
