Completely unprofessional.
I booked a car wash service package online, and the only available appointment was at 1:15 PM. I adjusted my already tight schedule to make it work. However, when I arrived, they asked for some details and then informed me that they wouldn’t be able to wash my car that day because they were too busy — and, shockingly, they had no knowledge of the online booking. They wasted my time, and based on this experience, I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

The place is very good. The services are very good too. The staff and workers are perfect and enthusiasts. But they need to give care to the engine even if they use just a blower to dust it.
