Good technical knowledge not every tool they have coundt fix the Rim
Khaled Talaat
Pros: Technicians and branch manager are decent, polite and keen to help.
Cons: Technicians’ technical expertise didn’t match the premium branding. If you drive a modern high-end car, be aware that the technicians may not be fully trained on the latest automotive technology.

My experiences were extremely poor
In one occasion they tried to drive me away by claiming they have too many cars waiting, in the second occasion they asked me to park in front of the bay and wait for my turn then a supervisor walked towards me and informed me that the technician’s last car for the day will be the one before me
Beside feeling disrespected I felt angry because I wasted too much time and effort with people who do not wish to work
Never again
