1. Equipment does not work and spent over an hour on simple 1 tire change
2. Was denied a receipt because my phone number is not Egyptian, so if a tourist wants to fix their tire they need to first buy an Egyptian phone number (0 common sense)
3. Customer service is at bare minimum, and almost doesn’t exist
4. After replacing my tire they made my rim very dirty I asked someone to clean it and they said “no, it will dry by air” (again 0 common sense, it wasn’t wet in the first place, it was dirty by them.) oh well they missed out on a tip.

Saved my day and my trip when I found my right sized tyres – a pair (rarely available) then the engineer in charge sent bringing me 2 pairs same date from another branch 1 hour before closure. Excellent service👍
