Unprofessional in every aspect. Very disappointing experience and not recommended.

The gym is amazing and equipped to the highest standard. The trainers are all very helpful, and the place is beautiful.

Honestly, the staff here are downright rude and completely unprofessional especially the one at the reception If you’re a foreigner, don’t expect any decent treatment once they get your money, her whole attitude flips.
I was going to recommend this gym to my sister and her friends, but after what I experienced, I’d tell anyone to stay far away. Absolutely terrible customer service
Can’t wait for my membership to end won’t be making that mistake again!

This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. It’s too expensive for the little services they provide. Limited number of machines and not all of them are working. It’s unbearably hot in the summer. Basics like soap and tissues in the bathroom aren’t always available, you have to keep asking for them to be refilled.

Terrible gym. It isn’t clean, most machines need maintenance, its always hot and the owner is very stingy she keeps turning off the AC, they never have tissues in the bathroom even tho I complained a few times, the locker room has no ventilation and it’s disgusting, trainers aren’t qualified for the job at all. 0/10 I DO NOT recommend
