The worst place I’ve ever dealt with. They were incredibly rude and had the worst customer service. I wanted to get my manicures and pedicures done there, and I found them on their Facebook page. I wanted to work with the woman whose work I saw on the page, but I didn’t know her name. When I booked, they sent me the name of the woman I was supposed to work with. When I arrived, I found a different woman was assigned to me, so I asked for the same woman whose work I had seen on the page. I was shocked to receive a message while I was there canceling my appointment and saying that the woman I was supposed to work with refused to work with me because I had upset her. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in responding to customers. I went out and apologized to the woman, explaining that I didn’t mean to belittle her work since I didn’t even know her. I was surprised by her arrogance and refusal to work with me. I went down and explained to the owner that I didn’t mean to insult or belittle her, but I was shocked by the way they treated me. This is the last time I’ll ever deal with these people.
