We recently stayed in the Beach Suites at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.

We arrived on Thursday evening and the check-in process was fast, smooth, and professional. While only one of our two suites was ready upon arrival, the staff graciously allowed us to check into the available suite while the second suite was being prepared. This flexibility was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

One of the standout features of the Beach Suites is their dedicated entrance and private reception desk, which creates a more exclusive and personalized experience. Marwan at reception was especially helpful, taking the time to explain the hotel’s amenities and how to navigate the property. His warm welcome and attention to detail set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The suite itself was impeccable—beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We were welcomed with a personalized card from the manager, a thoughtful touch that made us feel valued as guests. The hotel also provides turndown service, which further enhances the luxury experience.

The beachfront infinity saltwater pool was one of our favorite amenities. The poolside service was exceptional, and the swim-up bar was a fantastic feature. The beach staff was incredibly accommodating, always attentive and eager to help, and the beverage service was outstanding. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the beach, we never had to wait long for anything.

A particularly convenient amenity was the golf cart service, which transports guests between the Beach Suites, restaurants, beach, and pool areas. This made getting around the property effortless, especially when traveling with family or after spending time at the beach.

The private beach itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views of the Mediterranean.

The spa facilities were another highlight of our stay. Guests have access to a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge, creating a complete wellness experience. There is also a beautiful indoor freshwater pool on the fifth floor, perfect for a quieter and more relaxing swim.

Breakfast each morning was exceptional. The buffet offered an extensive selection of both local Egyptian specialties and international favorites, along with a wide assortment of fresh pastries, breads, and baked goods. There was truly something for everyone, and the quality was consistently excellent.

Overall, the Beach Suites at Four Seasons Alexandria provide the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, privacy, and world-class service. From the dedicated Beach Suites reception and attentive staff to the outstanding pools, beach service, spa facilities, transportation around the property, and exceptional dining, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
