This is worst place ever to get your services! There is no coordination between the staff and call center. The call center leaves you in the middle of your booking not knowing if the appointment is confirmed or no! They never even get back to you which didn’t happen just once but multiple times!
Also after you arrive they inform you of an extra hour of waiting time rather than informing you beforehand!! Terrible terrible terrible I don’t recommend

Today I got the milk and honey bath and an aromatic massage. Both treatments were fantastic and super relaxing.
The staff is really friendly, professional and also speaking English, I felt comfortable in every minute of my visit. The place is hygienic, quite, relaxing and in European standards.
I am owning a spa in Germany and I can tell you that the quality, techniques and knowledge of the therapists are outstanding.
Thanks a lot! I will definitely come again.
