We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here, largely thanks to our waiter, [ Hesham ]. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made excellent menu recommendations. The service was fast, but we never felt rushed. If you visit, definitely ask for [ Hesham ]—he is truly went above and beyond to make our night special

My experience at Gala was excellent in every way! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was wonderful and the place was very comfortable.
I’d like to give a special shoutout to the server {Waiter Abdelrahman} for his excellent service and constant smile; he was truly determined to make us comfortable in every way, whether it was selecting the spot, suggesting dishes, or even how they were presented.
We tried the pasta in various styles, and it was absolutely delicious and cooked authentically the Italian way. The salad was wonderful too, and the bread was hot and fresh.
The cleanliness is beyond excellent, and the service was fast without any delays. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality.
I will definitely be coming back!

Food is really good. We ordered salmon, both grilled and teriyaki. Service was quick and friendly. Only issue is a step at the entrance of the place that is the same color as the floor next to it, so people can trip very easily and damage a bone. I asked for it to be fixed . I hope they do it swifly

Uniquely decorated and very nice atmosphere.
A lot of art and colors.
Service is slow and workers chat a lot with each other leaving the clients unattended.
Tried the salamani pizza which was good, but he crust was so thick on the edges and a lot of pepperoni 🍕 is added on top.
Also ordered cappuccino and it tasted great 👍 ☕ .
Has a nice indoor and outdoor seating options.
