I had a deep clean at the flat I’m moving into and it was incredibly thorough, inside and out. The crew was very prompt in communicating- we arranged details via WhatsApp and they came the next morning and scrubbed the house down from floor to ceiling. Mohammed and his team were polite and very helpful. This was such a worthwhile investment for me and I can’t recommend them enough. If you are moving or just want a deep clean, reach out and they will take care of you!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them yesterday to clean my villa in Sahel, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
First, the team was unable to properly move the furniture to carry out the cleaning. While attempting to do so, they damaged several pieces of furniture, leaving deep scratches and marks on the corners of tables and chairs. They also scratched the marble floors by dragging heavy tables instead of handling them carefully. It was very clear that they lacked professionalism and had no experience dealing with high-end furniture.
The quality of the cleaning itself was also far below expectations. Many areas were poorly cleaned, and the overall result was unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the manager. He was one of the rudest and least cooperative customer service representatives I have dealt with in Egypt. Instead of trying to resolve the issues, he was defensive, unhelpful, and constantly creating obstacles and excuses throughout the process.
I am sharing this review to help others avoid going through the same experience. I strongly advise against using this company unless you are prepared to risk damage to your property and extremely poor service. I truly hope others have better luck choosing a different company than I did.
