Little bit pricey considering alternatives in the area but truly a nice experience staying with them. The rooms are so tidy, and the staff are extremely nice and professional. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel with very kind and helpful staff & owners. All front desk staff were bilingual and were able to give good recommendations for local areas of interest and services like barbers. Complementary breakfast was delicious, and the view of the Nile is wonderful. It is a family-owned business, which is especially nice.
I strongly recommend taking advantage of their airport pick-up if you plan to stay here immediately after arrival; it would have helped us avoid stress and the concern of being over-charged by taxi services. Make sure to book early enough if you want to take advantage of this, or contact the hotel to request it.
I will recommend Galaxy Royal Suites to people in the future, insha’Allah.

I just want to say, its very rare to find great customer service in Egypt. Royal Galaxy Inn has just that. Mahmoud in reception is very passionate and always want to help to the max. Breakfast is amazing and a wide variety. Rooms are very clean. All your questions and concerns are met with accurate trusting answers. These brothers know what they are doing very well. The customer service in this hotel makes them 5 stars to me.

Very nice view from the balcony (Nile river, Cairo city and pyramids)
The room was not perfectly clean when we arrived, we had to tell the reception and then they perfectly cleaned it and even decorated it, it was funny to see.
If you don’t bear the noise, you have to know that you can still hear the traffic noises from the room and that just in front of the hotel there are boats where people do parties with loud music.
They could perfect the breakfast by offering less but better quality products.
We had a nice stay in the hotel, and we recommend it for a stay in Cairo.

The three brothers that own the hotel were very nice and spoke excellent English. They were all very helpful. View of the Nile was impressive. Room was clean and everything functioned properly in the room. Location is good, because it’s central to most places you’d want to see.
