A truly shocking and eye-opening episode. 😳 The story discussed about this hospital and the alleged exploitation of patients was deeply disturbing, especially knowing how much trust people place in hospitals when seeking medical care.
I truly appreciate Major General Khaled Salama for his honesty and transparency in discussing such a sensitive and serious topic on his YouTube podcast. Raising awareness about these issues is incredibly important and can encourage hospitals to be more careful in selecting and monitoring their medical staff, because they are dealing with people’s lives.
Every patient deserves to feel safe, protected, and confident in the hospital they choose for their treatment.

Very good doctors and staff and the hospital is very clean specially the part for inpatients

This is worse hospital specially is not clean some of the part of the hospital no internet. Their room phone is wasted because all the numbers of reception not working. I will never go back. When they see you foreign they treat you differently. I like to thank nurses was looking after . I will never advise anyone

To everyone reading my post, PLEASE believe me , I am saying this with complete honesty. I have never experienced a hospital as disappointing and careless as Ganzouri Hospital. The level of service is extremely poor, and the treatment of patients is unacceptable.
At times, you feel like you are begging just to get someone’s attention. There is no proper care, not even for a 7-month-old baby who stayed there for 3 days. This is not the standard a hospital should have.
I strongly demand that this hospital seriously improves its service. A place carrying the name of Egypt’s first Prime Minister should not be associated with such poor treatment. It is a shame to see such a respected name affected by this level of negligence.
The people in charge of the accounts department also need to be investigated because the way things are handled is unacceptable.
However, I want to give special thanks to Dr. Mahmoud from the administration department. You are a respectful and kind person. May God bless your life and reward you for your good work

Good experience with hospital admission. Friendly stuff and good cleaning level. Negatives: Not big enough parking lot.
