A summer residential building with 8 floors. Each floor has 14 apartments: two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and one-bedroom apartments, all on the same floor. I stayed there, and it was decent.
Unfortunately, this year (2026), the beds are not good, and the mattresses and pillows are worn out and in poor condition.

Beautiful building, excellent location, five minutes from the sea and five minutes from the Libyan market. The area is in the middle of Al-Awam Street, a lively summer resort with 24-hour service. Very nice services.

It’s very bad. I don’t recommend it. I just got back from there and looked at the first reviews on Google, so I found good reviews, so I went, but the reality is something else. I don’t recommend it. The place is very bad.
